I’ve worked all my adult life. From being self employed in the leisure industry, owning 2 health clubs to gaining experience in online shopping through being a Direct Despatch Merchindiser for Studio Catalogues to then being a Quality Analyst for Damart.

All these industries taught me the value of outstanding Customer Services. And the most common factor in all my businesses has been continuity in opening times and good value for money. The sweet shop is such a positive place to work.

People coming in excited and happy to be there. Then they go out happy with their purchases and always feeling like they have been valued as a customer. It’s fun it’s exciting and it’s for all ages as adults enjoy the experience of choosing their favourite sweet just as much as the kids getting such enjoyment with the pic and mix.
